Job DescriptionYour RoleThe Enterprise Change Management team orchestrates priority change initiatives with enterprise-wide impact, with a vision of developing a lasting, sustainable change capability at Blue Shield of California. The Change Management Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Change Management for strategic initiatives. In this role, you will advise leaders, HRBPs, and other stakeholders across Blue Shield on approaches to accelerate and amplify outcomes of their change initiatives.Your WorkIn this role, you will:Support delivery of select enterprise change priorities and lead portions of broader, complex strategic changes for the enterprise.Own targeted elements of the broader capability development strategy, to potentially include core operations (e.g. knowledge management, metrics, training, toolkits, websites, vendors).Coach/advise leaders below the VP level, and partner with key teams at Blue Shield (e.g. HRBPs, internal communications).Establish standards for change management at Blue Shield of CA, leveraging internal/external practices, contributing to lessons learned and engaging in the broader community of change practitioners.Develop change collateral such as articles, FAQs, toolkits, and resources for key stakeholders to help make meaning of changes.Provide targeted support in a variety of areas: equip leaders on principles of change leadership, provide change measurement/analytics support, develop quick resources to address needs.QualificationsYour Knowledge and ExperienceRequires a master's degree or equivalent experience.Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience.Requires certification and fluency in a variety of change models & methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ACMP, AIM, Kotter, GE).Requires 2 years experience in an internal or external Organizational Development or Change Management consulting role.Requires the ability to simplify complex initiatives into a compelling story that motivates and influences adoption of new ideas, behaviors, and capabilities.Requires analytics and measurement acumen, with an ability to leverage data to tell a story to drive action.Pay Range:The pay range for this role is: $118,800.00 to $178,200.00 for California.About The TeamBlue Shield of California’s mission is to ensure all Californians have access to high-quality health care at a sustainably affordable price.
