Deliver against a quota to get more cash and better energy for our customersProspect, present proposals, negotiate, and close businessReport on all sales activities through Voltuss CRM systemsContinually make us a better companyDesired Skills

Located in NYC Metro Area3-10 years B2B sales experience. Youve gotta love to sell and hit those goals!Ability to develop, negotiate and close customized deals effectivelyTop-notch communication - in person, written and presentationsTechnology minded, with the ability to explain high-tech info to a variety of audiencesExperience with energy markets a plusTime management, prioritization, and the ability to self-motivateA passion for networking, establishing rapport with potential clients and sharing the Voltus missionDedicated to giving and receiving feedback in all directions for the good of each teammate and the organizationExperience with tools like PowerPoint, Salesforce, Google SuiteCompensation

$120,000 base salary$40,000-$65,000 additional variable OTE compensationUncapped commissions w/residual paymentsComplete benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, unlimited PTO$120,000 - $120,000 a year
