The manufacturer’s signature brands include Belgard and Echelon hardscape and masonry materials; Barrette Outdoor Living and MoistureShield fencing, decking and railing; Sakrete and Amerimix packaged concrete and mortar; Techniseal sands, jointing technologies and surface protectors; PebbleTec pool finishes; plus popular brands of landscape and gardening materials.Job ResponsibilitiesReview invoices and statements for accuracyCode and process incoming invoices (3-way match) according to company proceduresUpload invoices into ERP SystemRespond to vendor inquiries, research and resolve billing disputesMaintain proper back up files for research and referenceResearch for audits, provide backupEnsure compliance with all standard accounting policies and SOX requirementsEstablish and maintain effective relationships with customersCommunicate as necessary with accounting team to ensure invoices are processed timelyAssist in the month-end closing processOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededJob RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience5+ years of experience in manufacturing or construction accountingExcellent communication skills, verbal, written, in-person and by telephoneStrong organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detailIntermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of basic accounting math and accurate in data entry with 10-key operation experience.
