Position Title : Finance ManagerCompany Overview :This rapidly growing company is dedicated to acquiring and managing top-tier hospitals across the United States. The organization is committed to providing exceptional care while maintaining a strong focus on the legacy of the practices they acquire, as well as the well-being of their teams, healthcare professionals, patients, and the surrounding communities.Position Overview :The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in the company's acquisition and integration processes. This position involves working closely with various departments, including Business Development, Operations, Marketing, Accounting, HR, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of newly acquired practices.Key Responsibilities :Acquisition & Integration : Manage the end-to-end process of acquiring and integrating veterinary practices, collaborating with internal teams and external consultants.Valuation : Analyze historical and forecasted financial data to assess the value of target practices.Synergy Opportunities : Identify and provide insights on synergy opportunities to help develop post-acquisition revenue and EBITDA targets.Due Diligence : Oversee the due diligence process, including quality of earnings reviews, enhancement of acquisition playbooks, and ensuring the completeness of due diligence materials.Accounting Support : Assist in establishing opening balance sheets, accurate purchase price allocation, determining stub period financials, and verifying post-acquisition performance.Audit & Tax Compliance : Provide support for any audit or tax-related requirements.Qualifications & Experience :Education : Bachelor’s Degree required; CPA certification preferred. A Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is highly desirable.Experience : 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a preference for candidates who have experience in mergers and acquisitions.Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software, including QuickBooks and ERP systems.Soft Skills : Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential.Attributes : High integrity, strong work ethic, and flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.Ideal Candidate :This role is perfect for a finance professional with substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions who is looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic and mission-driven organization in the healthcare industry.
