Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff in delivering patient-centered care.Develop and implement care plans in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel to optimize performance and ensure adherence to protocols.Manage shift schedules effectively to maintain adequate staffing levels for seamless operations.Oversee acute care, home health, hospice care, and nursing home services to meet diverse patient needs.Utilize strong leadership skills to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth among staff.Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and continuity of care.Ensure compliance with MDS (Minimum Data Set) requirements for accurate patient assessments.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing Administration is preferred.Active RN license with proven experience in supervisory or managerial roles.Proficiency in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.Strong background in acute care, home health, hospice care, or nursing home settings.Knowledge of shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels and workflow efficiency.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of nurses.Familiarity with MDS guidelines and regulations for comprehensive patient assessments.Join our team as a Director of Nursing and lead our dedicated nursing staff towards excellence in patient care delivery across various healthcare settings.
