This role supports the cardiac surgery team with outpatient phone calls and post op check ins. You will also receive support from the APP staff.Responsibilities:
As a senior clinical nurse, serve as unit technical resource in absence of a Level 4 career professional.Assists in developing staff schedules.Observes patients and ensures maximum nursing care is being provided; determines the need for additional or modified services.Ensures established unit priorities are implemented and makes some decisions regarding patient care.Participates in patient care conferences, quality assurance committees and in-service presentations.What Awaits You:
