We are looking for a committed CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals, where we emphasize patient care and professional development. Our client is offering cross-training opportunities for X-Ray Technologists to learn and work in CT.
In this role, you'll conduct various imaging procedures, including CT and X-Ray, as needed, and ensure patient safety protocols are followed. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them in achieving their imaging needs successfully.
Certifications/Licenses
Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.State licensure that permits them to perform diagnostic CT exams and documented training on the provision of diagnostic CT exams.Registration and certification in radiography by ARRT and documented training on the provision of diagnostic CT exams.Certification in nuclear medicine technology by ARRT or NMTCB and documented training on the provision of diagnostic CT exams.Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
Required Experience:One (1) year of radiologic/imaging experience.Knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.Must be certified in CT registry within one year of hire.Possesses a high level of knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.Proficiency with most major CT/X-Ray equipment manufacturer's hardware and software (GE, Siemens, Toshiba).
