Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate Director of Assisted Living to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team in the Assisted Living setting.ResponsibilitiesDirecting daily operations conducive to the mission and vision of Village ShalomProviding strong leadership in the planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of servicesDirecting operations in the most efficient and effective manner to ensure achievement of operational goals and objectives, regulatory compliance, targeted satisfaction levels, and high-quality standardsPromote community awareness of Village Shalom actively networking and pursuing outreach initiativesOversee the daily operationsMaintaining appropriate staffing levels to both meet resident care needs, and be fiscally responsible in the Assisted LivingParticipates in the overall budget process; this will be done in conjunction with the Chief Operating OfficerDevelop and foster a strong orientation toward customer service and hospitalityCoordinate marketing efforts with the Marketing and Sales team in order to optimize census goalsAssess residents for admissions, coordinate move-ins in conjunction with the sales team, and orientate new residents and familiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree (healthcare administration, social work, human services, or related field preferred)Minimum of three (3) years of experience in senior livingExperience in long-term care community that includes skilled nursing and assisted livingKnowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficient use of applicationsJoin our team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional care to our residents.
