The ideal candidate is curious with strong attention to detail, is knowledgeable on Sales Compensation reporting, and is an analytical thinker that dives into problem solving. You are detail-oriented and comfortable working in an environment with ambiguity.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Sales Compensation Strategy.ResponsibilitiesPerform complex data modeling and analytics related to sales commissions and incentive programs, effectiveness, costing, and projections that include but are not limited to cost of commissions sales, pay and performance analyses, performance distributions, and regression analysis.Support sales compensation team with analysis and reporting to leadership.Develop compensation models to derive useful compensation insights that will drive our decision making.Perform regular and ad-hoc analytical requests, summarize results in a concise and effective manner, and present to relevant business partners.Job DesignationHybrid:

Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasicBA/BS in a related field.5+ years of experience in sales compensation.Experience in sales compensation in a professional, fast-paced environment.PreferredStrong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and create meaningful, understandable models, reports, metrics, and charts.Strong understanding of G Suite.Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheet proficiency.Experience using common BI tools (Tableau/Snowflake) for analysis and reporting, and proficiency with SQL and relational data.Experience with commissions software tools (Xactly a plus).Familiarity with incentive plan structures, such as bookings and revenue-based incentive plans, quotas, accelerators, pay mix, leverage points, industry standard OTE.Ability to multi-task with limited supervision.Able to assume stretch responsibilities and participate in special projects that advance the function or the team's capabilities.Take initiative to improve, invent, and proactively share own knowledge and learning across the team.Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $101,500.00 - $156,750.00 base salary.Illinois: $97,000.00 - $133,300.00 base salary.Washington: $97,000.00 - $139,525.00 base salary.This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.Global benefits provide options for the following:Paid Time Off: earned time off, as well as paid company holidays based on region.Paid Parental Leave: take up to six months off with your child after birth, adoption or foster care placement.Full Health Benefits Plans: options for 100% employer paid and minimum employee contribution health plans from day one of employment.Retirement Plans: select retirement and pension programs with potential for employer contributions.Learning and Development: options for coaching, online courses and education reimbursements.Compassionate Care Leave: paid time off following the loss of a loved one and other life-changing events.Life at DocusignDocusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
