Position Highlights:SIGN-ON BONUS:
$5,000Location: Edward Hospital, Naperville, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time
Hours: Weekends Only: 12:00 to 20:30, every Saturday or Sunday
Holiday Schedule: 1 per year, on-call only
What you will need:Strong computer skills
Ability to troubleshoot problems related to the software
Must be a candidate for ARRT(R) (American Registry of Radiological Technology) or ARMRIT (American Registry of MRI Technologists) certification
Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross
Advanced techniques including cardiac and functional neuro protocols, preferred
A minimum of an Associate's Degree, preferred
Previous MRI experience, required
What you will do:Operate MRI equipment to obtain images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of pathologies, according to Radiologist's directions and established procedures. Position patients, administer injections of contrast media, and manipulate images to ensure a high-quality exam. Deliver and ensure customer service in all aspects of the job, being attentive to eye contact, facial/body expressions, and tone of voice.
