Clinical Leaders/Directors of Nursing are the backbone of our organization and the care we provide those we serve. We are seeking talented RNs who want to learn the business and work on the leadership side of providing for others and staff.

A career as a Director of Nursing has the earning potential of upwards of $175K-$200K and more when the drive and business operations align to serve the community. This is a great opportunity to receive hands-on training and learn the role so that the right individual can run the clinical outcomes of a skilled nursing facility.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Director of Nursing In-Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care is provided.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff

Monitor patient care and ensure quality standards are met

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Participate in the recruitment and retention of nursing staff

Provide ongoing training and development to nursing staff

Maintain accurate and complete records

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred

Active nursing license in [Insert state]

Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with a goal of serving in a leadership role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare laws

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN or MSN preferred.

Licenses/Certification:

Valid RN license in the state employed.

Valid CPR certification.
