Trueline's client is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to join their Public Entity Practice Group in a hybrid remote position. This is an exciting opportunity to work on significant cases headed to trial at a well-established firm.What You'll Do As The Senior Trial Attorney
Represent public entities such as railway, metro, or bus companies in civil litigation mattersManage all aspects of the discovery process and court proceduresDevelop and execute case strategyHandle complex cases and prepare for trialsDemonstrate excellent written communication skills and attention to detailMultitask and manage multiple cases simultaneouslyYou'll Succeed as the Senior Trial Attorney if you Have:
5+ years of experience working with public entities in civil litigationExtensive trial experience representing clients in courtIn-depth knowledge of immunities and related legal principlesStrong legal research and writing abilitiesExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamOur Client Offers
