to fill a critical position on the LANDMARK AOS program in Chantilly, VA. LANDMARK AOS is SAIC’s Prime SETA program, supporting the customer’s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.As the

Systems Architecture SETA , you will support the technical and acquisition support delivering solutions to the organization. You will also focus on developing and deploying required hardware and software solutions to support data distribution in support of mission requirements.Responsibilities to Include:Identify key architecture and system level trades.Assess the performance of current and future architecture concepts.Provide technical and programmatic guidance to the architecture and system level requirements process.Prepare briefings for senior decision makers.Frequent interaction with internal stakeholders, government, SETA, FFRDC, and other external stakeholders.Facilitate multi-stakeholder summits, workshops, and technical exchanges between senior government leadership, management teams, and technical teams for national space programs to achieve alignment in program strategic vision and direction, capability management, mission organization design, and solution architecture concept development.Develop and integrate analytical methods and tools to evaluate program and mission strategic concepts to influence solution conceptual designs for cost, schedule, performance, risk, and resilience to disruptive events or threats.Advise on enterprise architecture landscape, including technology, information, data, security, and integration.Develop technology strategy and planning deliverables to address risks and technology gaps.Formulate enterprise architecture solution strategies and roadmaps.Establish relationships with internal and external developers to better understand network issues and effectively describe detailed technical issues to an executive audience.Support operational systems by working as a trusted liaison to proactively drive resolution of technical challenges between developers, stakeholders, and program leadership.Advising senior and technical personnel to aid in the delivery of robust, scalable on-prem or cloud-based software architecture that meets or exceeds data distribution requirements.Optimize the management of data across nodes and the performance of distribution, search and retrieval.Identify performance bottlenecks and evaluate scaling benchmarks.Support systems engineering activities across the program life-cycle.QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.3+ years of experience directly supporting data architecture and solution efforts and a demonstrated understanding of Systems Engineering and Acquisition processes.Strong knowledge of customer enterprise network engineering and/or network operations.Familiarity with computing and operating systems (OS), on-premises hardware, and cloud computing platforms, such as Linux, Windows, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).Project management skills to orchestrate cloud migrations and new system integrations seamlessly.Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies.Strong customer service skills, teaming skills, and the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.Demonstrated ability to adjust to changing priorities.
