IT Project Manager

This position requires management consulting and experience with managing Canadian contracts, including project oversight, client management, and team management.What you will be doing:Develop an understanding of the client processes and procedures and be able to lead the decision-making related improvements relative to technology.Work with a team of junior and senior technologists to deliver solutions for clients.Track scope and changes throughout implementation, keeping stakeholders notified of anticipated completion dates.Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports.Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities.Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.Provide hands-on support to implement project changes, updates, analysis, and IT delivery.What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):Bachelor's Degree (Candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education).5+ years of experience in IT.Comprehensive knowledge and experience in MS Office products, such as Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.Experience managing technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.What we would like you to have:Experience/Exposure in the utility, energy, and/or energy efficiency sectors is a plus.Familiarity with system and data integration practices.Strong data analysis experience and skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong data analysis and data integration skills.Working at ICFICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
