Design optimal LAN and WAN networks comprising of routers, switches, firewalls, and load-balancers.Provide design and architecture support to networks in data centers, corporate offices, and third-party co-location PoP sites.Manage Data Center & Cloud Networks products and solutions, including design, low level engineering, and delivery of new hardware systems.Approve and oversee projects to implement and maintain services while meeting deadlines.Manage vendors for engineering design, network implementation, and technical support service delivery.Continuously improve operations processes and present best practices for Data Center & Cloud Networks solutions.Contribute input to manage project schedules, risks, and costs.Train and/or mentor team members and peers.Establish cross-team relationships to define services and meet service level requirements.Serve as an escalation point to resolve service delivery and operational issues.Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery processes.Follow all defined standards and processes (e.g., IT Governance, SM&G, and Architecture).Provide input for improvements to the appropriate process owners.Maintain a proper balance between business and operational risk.REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related field followed by 7 years of progressively responsible professional network engineering or development experience. Experience must include:5 years in an IT infrastructure lead role including routing protocols, switch fabric technology, firewall security, and load-balancing architecture.4 years with Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls.4 years with AWS networking services (VPC, Direct Connect, Route 53, Transit Gateway) and Azure networking services (Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, DNS).5 years with network routing protocols (BGP), subnetting, network ARPs, and traceroute.4 years in technical writing and delivering documentation pertaining to network solutions and diagrams.Telework:

100% Remote; may be performed from anywhere in the U.S. This position requires up to 20% domestic travel.Salary:

The salary range for this position is $176,322 to $190,154 annually, plus an annual bonus.Washington Applicants Only:

Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and are eligible for a minimum of 7 holidays annually.Benefits:
