Coral Shores Behavioral Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Director of Outpatient Services to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals!

Coral Shores Behavioral Hospital

is an 80-bed behavioral health facility located in Stuart, FL, and provides inpatient treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Our professional staff individualizes care to uniquely fit the intensity and severity of each patient case and their family's needs. Because crisis occurs at all times of the day and night, our services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The

Director of Outpatient Services

is responsible for the delivery and documentation of age/population specific psychotherapy and social services for patients in the PHP/IOP programs; develops and maintains outpatient policies and procedures, as well as outpatient education and therapy programs. Provides effective and efficient treatment planning and progress notes; assists patient family members and referral sources with continuum of care from the admissions process through discharge planning.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required. Active State of Florida Licensed Therapist - LCSW or LMHC. 3-5 years of behavioral health experience, especially within PHP/IOP, preferred.
