The Federal Domain Operations team is seeking a strong candidate to lead the Domain Operations Team. The qualified candidate will lead overall domain strategy, direct the work of integration architects, manage and form strong client relationships, proactively manage timelines, issue escalation/management, and areas of opportunity and improvement for federal domains.As an Integration Architect, you will be accountable for leading integrated client engagements. You will manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, requiring influence to achieve targeted outcomes. You will develop strategies for design, system validation, and integration across solutions and venues of care, as well as develop and oversee the execution of domain, issue, and change management strategies. You will be responsible for mitigating and resolving integration risks proactively and serving as the final point of escalation. Additionally, you will provide integration oversight for engagements to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met while delivering value to the client. You will also provide integration and domain expertise to internal and external client project teams and consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direction and functionality regarding integration and stability.ResponsibilitiesLead integrated client engagements.Manage complex client relationships.Develop strategies for design, system validation, and integration.Oversee execution of domain, issue, and change management strategies.Mitigate and resolve integration risks proactively.Provide integration oversight to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met.Consult with internal stakeholders to influence solution direction and functionality.Basic QualificationsAt least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:At least 3 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience.At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.Applicants for U.S.-based positions with Oracle Cerner must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen. The client contract also requires receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for the position.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.10+ years of Oracle Cerner experience, including domain and/or test environment management.Knowledgeable navigating in Oracle Cerner applications and build tools.Support Federal teams in advanced troubleshooting.Highly skilled in managing client relationships and communications.Willing to travel up to 100% as needed and work additional or irregular hours as permitted by local regulations.About UsAs a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s problems.
