The Federal Domain Operations team is seeking a strong candidate to lead the Domain Operations Team. The qualified candidate will lead overall domain strategy, direct the work of integration architects, manage and form strong client relationships, and proactively manage timelines, issue escalation/management, and areas of opportunity and improvement for federal domains.Role OverviewAs an Integration Architect, you will be accountable for leading integrated client engagements. You will manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, requiring influence to achieve targeted outcomes. You will develop strategies for design, system validation, and integration across solutions and venues of care, as well as oversee the execution of domain, issue, and change management strategies. You will mitigate and resolve integration risks proactively, serving as the final point of escalation. Integration oversight for engagements will ensure project deliverables and timelines are met while delivering value to the client. You will also provide integration and domain expertise to internal and external project teams and consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direction and functionality related to integration and stability.Basic QualificationsAt least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:At least 3 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience.At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.Applicants for U.S.-based positions with Oracle Cerner must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen and have the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for the position.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.10+ years of Oracle Cerner experience, including domain and/or test environment management.Knowledgeable navigating in Oracle Cerner applications and build tools.Support Federal teams in advanced troubleshooting.Highly skilled in managing client relationships and communications.Willing to travel up to 100% as needed.Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.Compensation and BenefitsUS: Hiring Range: from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum.
