Peraton is seeking a

Digital End User Experience Engineer

to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is fully remote. The qualified applicant will become part of Peraton's Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) Program, for the US Coast Guard (CG). This initiative is modernizing and consolidating the operational environment under a common technology framework in order to better support the services provided to CG's customers.This role is fully remote.Day to Day Work Responsibilities:Utilize SysTrack to monitor end-user devices, applications, and network performance.Analyze SysTrack data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into end-user experience metrics.Develop user personas and journey maps to inform IT service improvements.Use SysTrack data to diagnose and address performance and usability problems.Implement solutions and improvements to enhance end-user satisfaction and productivity.Identify and implement performance optimization strategies for applications and systems.Ensure systems are configured for optimal user experience and minimal downtime.Create and maintain documentation on best practices for using SysTrack to monitor and improve end-user experience.#USCGIMSQualifications

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience or Master's degree and 0 years' experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 6 years experience.U.S. Citizenship required; must have a minimum of a Secret clearance (or higher).Experience in IT support, system administration, or end-user experience engineering.Proficiency in using SysTrack or similar end-user experience monitoring tools.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.Experience with user research methods and tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and endpoints.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.Familiarity with Agile development processes.Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and data analysis.Understanding of ITIL principles and practices.Peraton Overview

$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
