Accounts Payable SpecialistLHH has partnered with a growing organization to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist. The AP Specialist will be responsible for entering invoices into Oracle, coding invoices accurately, processing payments, and various other accounts payable related tasks.Location : Houston, TX ( HYBRID – 3 days in the office / 2 days work from home )Pay : $20.00/hr. - $24.00/hr.Responsibilities :Process accounts payable invoicesProcess payments via manual checks, wires & ACHVendor set up and maintenanceCorrespond with vendors and respond to inquiriesProduce monthly reportsProcess recurring paymentsPrepare and record journal entriesReview and verify invoicesInput invoices into OracleResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and issuesAssist with unclaimed property and outstanding checks that require researchReview Employee Expense ReportsQualifications :3-5 years of accounts payable invoice processing within a corporate environmentCoding invoicesOracle experienceTimely vendor communication to research and resolve discrepanciesA genuine and innate TEAM PLAYERBenefits :Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
