with a strong background in managing IT projects, particularly in the realm of DevOps. The ideal candidate should possess project management experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and a focus on utilizing Azure services. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and leading cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects within specified timelines and budget constraints.To include, but not limited to the following:Project Planning and Execution

Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.Execute projects according to the project plan, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.Monitor project progress, identify and address potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.DevOps Expertise

Leverage your expertise in DevOps methodologies to streamline development and operations processes.Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate DevOps practices into project workflows.Implement and manage tools and technologies that enhance DevOps efficiency.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Azure services and solutions.Utilize Azure tools for project development, deployment, and monitoring.Work closely with technical teams to optimize the use of Azure resources in project environments.Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project risks and mitigation plans.Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.Generate regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential challenges.Communicate project updates in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.3-5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within IT and DevOps environments.Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.Competencies and Skills:Adapts to ChangeShows AgilityThinks AnalyticallyAsserts OneselfChampions ChangeIf you are a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with a passion for IT and DevOps, and you thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply. The pay range is $84,000 - $126,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
