A global proprietary firm is looking for an endpoint engineer to join its infrastructure team. This team works on supporting the firm's Windows and Mac environments, ensuring day-to-day activity is optimized and uninterrupted.What you'll do:Providing white glove support day to day to the firm's Mac and Windows environment.Responsible for all in-office IT, including employee workstations and conference room setup.Support the global team in offices worldwide troubleshooting desktops and OS environments to ensure day-to-day activity runs smoothly.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent.At least 6 years of experience in endpoint engineering or a similar field.Must be proficient in Microsoft Intune, JAMF, M365, Windows Server 2022, and Windows 11.Top-notch communication skills, and experience in providing white glove service to all levels (junior teams all the way up to C-level executives).This role must sit in the firm's Chicago office working in person 5 days per week.
