As determined by programming needs. May include nights and weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

Explore ideas and opportunities to increase spiritual engagement and encourage resident participation.

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with area congregations and faith communities, as appropriate.

Support an interdisciplinary approach to spiritual care while addressing individual needs.

Actively participate in the delivery of spiritual care, including individual visits, worship leadership, and group facilitation–extending these services to residents and their loved ones, team members, volunteers, and guests.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in related field of study.

Minimum of four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) preferred.

Seven to ten years of related experience required.
