If you believe that you can thrive in an environment like ours which sports a blistering speed of execution combined with an environment of “organized chaos”, we look forward to receiving your application.The Financial Analyst will be responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and report to the Senior FP&A Analyst on the following:Report our resultsUpdate and analyze topline KPIs for weekly management meetingSupport preparation of monthly report and quarterly board package for investorsPrepare stories that explain our results to different departments to help them understand our business betterForecast our futureDive deep into product lines, customer groups and business lines to understand better performance and predict resultsSupport preparation of business cases for new business lines and acquisitionsCreate valueFind sources of increased profit through proposed price changes and cost reductionsDefine or adjust KPIs required to drive the company to better resultsBenchmark our results against competitors to identify areas for improvementLeverage data and systems to propose changes to internal operationsSkills and Qualifications:2-3 years work experience, likely including roles in financial planning and analysis, management accounting, or consulting, in demanding and dynamic environmentsFluent in spreadsheets (Excel and GSheets), financial analysis, financial modeling and familiarity with Google Slides and DocsAble to ETL from support systems such as Quickbooks, Salesforce and other platforms to build the foundation for data mining, financial modeling and analysisStrong intellectual capacity and desire for continuous learning, growth and improvementUnderstands how to prioritize work strategically to improve speed of outcomesBonus for experience with SaaS / recurring revenue / subscription-based businessesWe Offer:A casual, flexible working environment with a mix of office/work-from-homePaid medical/dental/vision/life/disability benefitsUnlimited vacation time (subject to some practical constraints)Unlimited snacks (in the office)Hybrid – Mandatory 2 days a week (Tuesdays, and Fridays)Apply
