Employment Attorney

A law firm in El Segundo, CA is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney with a well-established and exclusive background in employment litigation defense. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of Employment Law experience, with trial experience preferred. Experience with public entity defense is a plus. The candidate must have knowledge of class and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) litigation. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, Juris Doctor (JD) degree, and membership in the State Bar of California in good standing. The candidate should possess superior research, analytical, and negotiating abilities, along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
