Responsibilities
Be a trusted advisor by collaborating with hiring managers to understand role needs, identify key stakeholders, and define timelines and milestones throughout the recruitment processRun a smooth recruitment process internally; continually calibrating on ideal profiles and adjusting in real-time where neededFind, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of professional networks and creative engagement strategiesServe as an Ontic ambassador for candidates; ensuring Ontic's mission, values, and culture are always accurately represented and displayedEnsure candidates have an excellent and memorable candidate experience regardless of outcomeBuild strong talent pipelines that ensure Ontic's recruiting process meets industry best practices and benchmarksHelp support DEI initiatives with intentional recruiting practices aimed at fostering a diverse workforceCraft candidate communications that are engaging, empathetic, and timely no matter the situationStrong sourcing skills; ability to quickly Identify qualified candidate profilesManage candidate databases, candidate flow and pipeline via our Applicant Tracking System - LeverPreferred Qualifications
BA/BS equivalent experience 1-3+ years of technical and non technical sourcing in a high volume SaaS environment is a mustPrior experience using LinkedIn RecruiterA passion for recruiting and delivering an exceptional candidate experienceStrong collaborative skills to work cross-functionally with hiring teamsSelf-starter with ability to work with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and ability to self-check / editDemonstrated project management capabilities and strong sense of accountability and urgencySourcing & recruiting for a multi-national Company a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of candidatesExtremely organized and able to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneouslyA solutions mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
$100,000 - $115,000 a year
Our compensation range is thoroughly reviewed and designed to align with market standards and the skills and experience of the candidate. The total compensation package also includes a bonus plan, equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Ontic.
