What You'll Do
We are looking for a temporary
Clinical Recruiter
to help drive our recruiting efforts with the Clinical and Corporate Function teams. You'll also join the larger Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter, you will take the lead hiring the top talent into the organization, helping to structure our expanding teams and help grow the Talent Acquisition function. Specifically, you will:Manage full lifecycle recruiting from needs assessment through new employee onboardingPartner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand unique business needs and ideal candidate profiles. You will immerse yourself in our business, our product, and our culture.Create a specialized talent acquisition strategy for each role, including sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing, designed to attract top candidates in a variety of functional areasCreatively utilize appropriate sourcing tools to build long-term candidate relationships and pipelinesServe as brand ambassador for Iodine, creating online content and other collateral to share our success story and strengthen our employment brandTrack and report success metrics and use them to inform strategic talent planningWhat You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in relevant field required3+ years of healthcare or clinical experience full-cycle recruiting for a healthcare company requiredProven ability to build trust and foster strong relationships with your candidates and your hiring teamsClient service mentality with desire to personally influence client satisfaction in every interactionDeep expertise with direct sourcing tools and strategiesSuccessful track record of managing multiple, competing priorities while consistently exceeding goalsTeam player DNAExcellent communication, project management and organization skillsPositive, self-starter attitude with high level of personal ownershipAttention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work
