Director of Nursing

Freelandville Community Home is a 50 bed non-for-profit long term care facility. We are a stand alone company that allows the Director of Nursing to make decisions based on what they feel is best for their staff and residents.

The residents we serve are our first priority, allowing us to provide what they need when they need it. We also value our hardworking staff who are an important part of our continued success.

Successful applicants will be able to:

delegate and lead a team of nurses and aides

communicate with staff, the leadership team, physicians, families and residents in a manner that produces positive outcomes.

educate staff so that we can uphold the highest standards of care

posses an RN certificate and be in good standing in Indiana

The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, directing of the nursing department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
