As the Director of Nursing (titled Director of Health and Wellbeing), you will lead the integrated care and wellbeing for the residents of our community by providing overall responsibility for clinical oversight, supervision, and quality clinical care of nursing staff including RN/LPN, RA, CNA. Determining proper acceptance of residents into health services by considering all parts of a resident's life. The successful candidate will have specific experience in Senior Care with knowledge of required state regulations. Additional accountabilities include:
Work with and educate residents and families to recommend care options and maintain excellent communication with residents and families
Hire, train, supervise clinical staff (including RN/LPN, RA, CNA)
Support the community budget by actively managing staffing, training, and controlling overtime costs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
