Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential.Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements.Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision-making process.Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service.Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal.Qualifications:

Must have a valid Real Estate License, or in the process of getting one.Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language.Proven negotiating and communication skills.Some sense of marketing and advertising practices.Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient.Compensation:

$85,000 - $180,000 yearly
