We create shared success through teamwork, energy, and expertise, approaching today’s toughest business challenges with a client-first mindset.As a Senior Manager, you will:Lead a team of professionals to deliver consulting services to multiple client relationships.Participate in all stages of various consulting engagements.Identify client needs and foster strong relationships through business development efforts.Develop team members through constructive and actionable feedback.Manage project resources, budgets, billing, and collections.Prepare and/or present thought leadership through complex written and verbal materials.Your passion for excellent client service will be demonstrated through the diligent assessment of the “current state” of our client’s Corporate Accounting and Finance departments to help transition to their desired “future state.” This can include digitizing or automating accounting workflows, optimizing processes, and providing specific and custom solutions to improve outputs.What you bring to the role:Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license (strongly preferred).Seven (7) or more years of experience within a public accounting firm and/or industry environment performing audit, accounting or consulting services.Demonstrated experience with business development/expansion of services.Experience in an environment with SAP, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, Yardi or Quickbooks.Ability to lead cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills demonstrated through the management of multiple, concurrently running initiatives.Robust written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.Travel as needed for firm meetings and client site visits up to 25%.What we offer you:Our shared values that foster inclusion and belonging.The opportunity to innovate and do work that motivates and engages you.A collaborative environment focused on career growth and continuous professional development.Competitive compensation and a total rewards package.Flexibility to do impactful work and enjoy life outside of work.Cherry Bekaert provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
