What You'll Do
Summary/Objective:
The responsibilities of the Consumer Lending Specialist I role include providing analytical support efforts to the Consumer Lending department in efforts to identify trends and recommendations for lending strategies. Assist with day to day execution, monitoring and maintenance of the Loan Origination System, specifically related to system performance, enhancements and troubleshooting performance issues.
Essential Functions:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the preparation of reporting requirements, assigned analysis and projects
Utilize statistical data and analysis to make recommendations for lending strategies, create enhanced loan queues to properly manage volume and other various matters.
Enhance, improve and maintain written procedures for the Consumer Lending department
Assist system maintenance and upgrades; including testing, internal communications and deployment.
Make recommendations to improve the Consumer Loan processes and proactively work towards a consistent high level of excellence
Perform a variety of additional duties including, but not limited to: performing testing for systems upgrades and completing a variety of daily reports as requested by Management.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).
What You'll Need
High school Diploma or equivalent
Must be multi-task oriented with the ability to work quickly, accurately and with attention to detail in a high-volume environment
Previous experience working for a Financial Institution, preferably in a consumer lending department
Previous systems testing/QA experience
