Accounts Payable Specialist - Contract to hire

Key Responsibilities:Handle full-cycle accounts payable, including verifying, coding, and entering vendor invoices into the system.
Ensure all payments are processed on time and resolve any issues that may arise with vendor payments.
Maintain the accounts payable inbox, responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies swiftly and efficiently.
Reconcile vendor statements and ensure all discrepancies are addressed promptly.
Assist with month-end close procedures, including preparing AP reconciliations and supporting documentation.
Process electronic payments and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the accounts payable workflow.
Participate in special projects and contribute to improving accounts payable processes.
Pay Details:
$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
