Senior Financial Analyst

to join the Everett Delivery Center Manufacturing Financial Operations Team based out of

Everett, Washington.This position will support Everett Delivery Center functional leadership, Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) program finance leadership, and Delivery Operations integration team. This role operates both as an individual contributor and as a pivotal leadership position. The candidate is expected to partner with multiple levels and functions while coaching and mentoring our financial operations organization.We are looking for a leader that establishes effective relationships with business leaders and has the ability to influence strategic decision making. This leader will have operational skills to manage complex/competing project teams and present compelling recommendations using finance intelligence.Position Responsibilities:Leading a team of highly capable finance integrators supporting BCA airplane deliveries in a dynamic and challenging environment at the Everett Delivery Center.Providing oversight and guidance for the development of financial business plans in support of 747, 767, 777, and 787 program deliveries, securing the required funding to facilitate operations.Overseeing the development and deployment of regular cost and business performance reviews, while actively managing financial opportunities and risks in alignment with the latest factors impacting the organization.Providing business and financial recommendations to all levels of BCA leadership to assist in the execution of priorities.Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance and projections using extensive financial knowledge and experience.Consults on requirements definition and deployment of common systems, tools, processes, and training to improve resource and/or business planning processes.This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or other related field.5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales).5+ years of experience presentations and presenting financial information to various levels of management.5+ years of experience with financial forecasting and developing Estimates at Completion.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):10+ years of experience in finance.Experience with CARMs, EPAS, Cognos, and/or EAS.Experience working within a delivery system or manufacturing facility.Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post-offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Shift Work Statement:This position is for 1st shift.At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain the top talent.
