We’re looking for a dynamic leader to oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, from billing and coding to claims and revenue optimization. If you’re ready to take charge, ensure compliance, and drive results with a high-performing team, this could be the perfect fit.What You'll Do:Set both short- and long-term goals to keep our revenue cycle on track.Lead the development of policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.Identify and recommend changes based on new regulations.Integrate new facilities into company systems and train teams on billing processes.Collaborate with the GL accounting team to ensure timely, accurate month-end closes and revenue capture.Oversee new hire training to ensure it’s fully developed and implemented.Monitor KPIs, aging reports, and company goals to drive improvements and set team priorities.Partner with other departments to develop reports and KPIs.Supervise claims submission and processing to minimize denials and optimize reimbursement.Manage costs and adhere to departmental budgets.Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.Ensure billing and coding are accurate and compliant to prevent revenue loss and regulatory issues.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.Evaluate and implement new revenue cycle software and tools.Stay up to date on changes in healthcare reimbursement policies and adjust processes accordingly.Take on any additional duties as needed!What You Bring:CPA or MBA is a plus.7+ years of healthcare experience required, with a preference for those experienced in pharmacy revenue cycle management.Physical Requirements:This position involves a mix of sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50lbs.
