Serenity Spring Senior Living at Scandia Village is a premier long-term care (LTC) facility dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrator to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care.

Job Summary:

As the Administrator of Serenity Spring Senior Living at Scandia Village, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintaining a positive environment for both residents and staff. You will play a key role in shaping the quality of care, resident satisfaction, and overall success of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management: Provide effective leadership and management to the facility's staff, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including those related to health, safety, and resident care.

Financial Management: Oversee the facility's budget, financial performance, and resource allocation, ensuring the efficient use of resources and maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Resident Care: Ensure the highest standards of resident care by implementing and maintaining best practices in long-term care, regularly reviewing and improving care processes, and addressing any concerns promptly.

Staff Development: Recruit, train, and retain a skilled and compassionate staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet resident needs.

Community Relations: Act as the primary liaison between the facility and residents' families, community organizations, and other stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships.

Quality Improvement: Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives, regularly assessing and enhancing the quality of services provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.

Valid state license as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a long-term care or healthcare facility.

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing LTC facilities.

Proven financial management skills with experience in budgeting and resource allocation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
