Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Clinical Director to build and manage our nursing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients while leading and mentoring a team of nursing professionals.Duties:
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with state regulations and best practices.Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing staff.Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing personnel.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with client rights, HIPAA, and medical records systems.Develop and implement care plans based on individual patient needs.Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.Other tasks as necessary.Skills:
