They are looking for a qualified individual to fill a senior estimator role.Job DescriptionEstimate from both concept designs and complete designsAssist design team with budgetary pricing at various stages in design developmentCompletion of all aspects of project bidding including plan and specification takeoff, vendor contact and tracking, bid form completion, pricing, bid review and submissionScope and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers for accuracy and completenessAssist with the development, updating and implementation of an estimating database with assembliesAssist or lead the process of implementation of estimating program software systemMaintain a cost history data baseReview estimates with design team and/or construction teamInteract with clients and design team as needed to evaluate conceptual and detailed estimatesAssist Project Manager with project budget set up once projects are awardedThe Successful ApplicantConstruction related degree preferred5+ years in conceptual estimatingDesign Build experienceHands on construction experienceProjects will be across various markets including healthcare, higher education, substations, grading, and excavatingWhat's on OfferBase salary between $80,000 - $120,000 dependent upon experience levelPerformance related bonus schemeGenerous benefits packageHealthDentalVision401K plan2 weeks vacationUnlimited PTO planProfit Sharing program
