IT Systems Analyst, Jr. Salesforce AdministratorPosition #: 129774The Division of Information Technology at the University of Maryland, College Park (UMD) is seeking a full-time junior Salesforce administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to develop their skills in Salesforce administration while contributing to the success of the University’s CRM environment.The junior Salesforce administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the University’s Salesforce Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This position is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the CRM system, ensuring its seamless integration across the organization. The role involves performing key administrative tasks, including user and license management, processing support tickets, and enhancing user adoption and system utilization.The junior Salesforce administrator will work closely with stakeholders to understand their unique needs, gather requirements, and configure the platform to meet evolving business demands. This position will also work with a team of Salesforce technical support staff in the ongoing development and configuration of Salesforce deployments, ensuring that efficiency is maximized while leveraging features and benefits of the system based on unique departmental needs.This position is considered essential and may be required to work at the normal work location or an alternative location during a major catastrophic event, weather emergency, or other operational emergencies to help maintain continuity of University services.Minimum Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university conferred by start date.Experience:

One (1) year of professional information technology system administration experience.
