Experience:

Clinical Experience:

Significant experience working in an emergency department as a registered nurse. Typically, 5-7 years of experience is required, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.

Management Experience:

Prior experience in a leadership role, such as charge nurse, clinical coordinator, or nurse supervisor in an ED or similar acute care setting.

Skills and Competencies:

Leadership:

Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Clinical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of emergency nursing, including triage, critical care, and trauma care.

Communication:
