El Camino Health is actively seeking a highly skilled Executive Director, Oncology Service Line, to join their team in the beautiful setting of Mountain View, California!Permanent | OnsiteThe PositionThe Executive Director of the Oncology Service Line, in partnership with the Medical Directors and Chiefs of the department, will oversee the operations of both inpatient and outpatient oncology services across the organization's two hospitals.This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.The primary goal for this leader will be to expand the Oncology Service Line by recruiting new physicians, opening new facilities, enhancing subspecialties, and integrating services to offer more robust patient care.The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and proven experience in building an oncology program.
