El Camino Health is actively seeking a highly skilled HR Strategic Business Advisor to join our team in the beautiful setting of Mountain View, California!Permanent | HybridThe PositionThe HR Strategic Business Advisor acts as a trusted partner to C-suite and executive leadership, working closely to offer expert guidance on people-related matters in accordance with the strategic objectives of the organization.The position will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer.The Strategic Business Advisor will actively participate in matters such as succession and workforce planning, and talent management. Additionally, a working knowledge of business analytics and organizational finance will be important.The ideal candidate should possess a strong executive presence and a professional client service demeanor, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of management and stakeholder groups.
