At DWG, our Software Engineers are responsible for front and back-end development with strong knowledge in all software development lifecycle. We seek candidates who are experienced in developing modern web interfaces and scalable back-end services, remarkable problem-solving skills, understanding of web performance, attention to detail and a passion to succeed.Your Role and Impact:Contribute to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systemsWork to connect both the front and back end of DWG games to online casino operators/aggregatorsDesign, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve our in-house software platformsAssist with working on internal new features, enhancements, language conversion, bug fixes and moreContribute to, or ideally lead, throughout all phases of the development lifecycle, from conception through design, development, deployment, and operation.Assist with automating existing and new processes and services to increase stability and efficiencyParticipate in code reviews with other members of the software teamQualifications:3-5+ years’ experience broad development experience (architecture, design, development, delivery, etc.)Experience with C#Experience with JavaScriptExperience with .NET Core MVCKnowledge of NoSQL Database (Cosmos DB, MongoDB)Some working experience with Linux distributionsWorking knowledge with ETL/ELT platforms, such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, SAS, etc.Strong REST API development experiencePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent work experience.Knowledge of architecting new tables, schemas, and data structuresSome exposure to DevOps tools including Bamboo, GitHub Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Jira, BitbucketExperience working cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCPAbout Design Works GamingAs a highly recognized 3rd party game development company, Design Works Gaming builds top-performing casino games for the industry’s biggest names across three verticals: Land-Based Gaming, Real-Money Gaming Online and our own Social Games.
