As a Mental Health Therapist at NVelUp, you will have the opportunity to work alongside patients and help them overcome issues or ailments that prevent them from being present in their relationships, fulfilling their responsibilities, and being the best version of themselves. We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team and help us on our mission.This is a remote, contract position.Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and provide counseling services to patientsDevelop treatment plans in collaboration with patientsProvide crisis management services as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progressCollaborate and communicate with other healthcare professionals as part of patient careMinimum Requirements
Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMCH, LMFT) in WA or ORMaster's degree in a mental health-related fieldKnowledge and experience in a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disordersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patientsStrong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a full caseloadComputer with webcam and audio and a strong Internet connection
