We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future.What You'll Get To Do:Develop, perform and document tests, including test planning, test conduction, data analysis and documenting test results.Participate in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for missile system payloads.Verify specifications and designs through testing, test data processing, and support modeling and simulation and performance analysis.Support all phases of the systems lifecycle including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.Maintain design documentation and follow configuration management requirements.Create technical reports and present test and analysis results.Provide laboratory support for integration testing.Support and host test planning working groups.Interface with test article design and analysis teams to define test configuration and data requirements.Conduct test readiness reviews, and pre/post-test briefings.You'll Bring These Qualifications:5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree; 3 years with a Master's; 0 years with a PhD; 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree; 7 years with a Master's; 4 years with a PhD; 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Required for both levels:US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.Hands-on Integration and Test experience.Test Plan and Test Report writing.Experience in the field supporting Test activities.Experience conducting structural testing.These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.Laboratory facility design experience.Test Plan writing and costs estimation support.Hardware/software requirements documents writing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Salary Range:

$84,200 - $126,400Salary Range 2:
