Raytheon is seeking a talented System Security Engineering (SSE) Cybersecurity Program Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of the cybersecurity scope on the Surveillance Radar program. This person will also serve as a direct interface to the US Government Customer during important reviews, briefings, and technical exchange/demos. Communication and collaboration with the customer as well as with other engineering disciplines and Program Management is required to ensure alignment of the cyber posture within the program's and customer's requirements.What You Will Do:

Perform Cyber Lead duties, including earned value and people management.Implement proper cybersecurity controls.Interact with customers to define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation, system impacts, and effectiveness.Partner with PMO and CE on alignment of cyber roadmap.Maintain a Risk Management Framework Authorization to Operate for the system.Support developing plans and estimates, task execution, project tracking, reporting, and risk identification and mitigation plans.Plan and guide SSE implementations in customer systems.Consult and assist program line management with SSE architectures and issues.Define security development and test efforts implementation of security controls of networking devices, databases, operating systems, and hardware and software components.Integrate cybersecurity development and sustainment activities.Develop top-level system requirements, and flow down requirements and implementation concepts to subsystems.Understand and comply with DoD technology release and export licensing policies.Support the development of bids and proposals.Responsible for Earned Value Management (EVM).Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 7 years of prior relevant experience. In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required.Technical leadership experience.Experience in Cybersecurity Engineering.Experience working directly with US Government Customers.Experience working with Customers and/or Suppliers.Experience with Systems Engineering.Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.The ability to obtain and maintain additional program access as required.Qualifications We Prefer:

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with coworkers, suppliers, stakeholders, and customers in a team environment.Experience with the US Air Force.Hands-on experience configuring and implementing cybersecurity tools.Knowledge of information security toolsets including anti-virus, Vulnerability Assessment, HIDS/NIDS, host-based or endpoint security solutions, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) and centralized auditing tools.Knowledge of Host Based Security System (HBSS) / Endpoint Security Services (ESS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) / Tenable Security Center, and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP).Experience with IT and/or network and system security administration, including operating system security configuration and account management best practices for UNIX, MS Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and CISCO systems.Understanding of Systems Engineering requirements, specifications, and experience implementing DoD and Federal IA Certification and Accreditation Processes, IA controls and developing and maintaining associated certification and accreditation documentation.Experience in the implementation and business growth of SSE implementation throughout the entire life cycle.Cyber Certifications in accordance with DoDD 8570/DoDD 8140 such as CISSP, GSLC, CEH.Program management experience.Broad understanding of technology and working knowledge of NIST 800–53.Candidate must exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.What We Offer:
