The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting patch management solutions using BigFix. The individual will ensure that all systems are up-to-date and secure by managing the deployment of patches and updates.Responsibilities and Duties:
Design, implement, and maintain patch management solutions using BigFix.Monitor and manage the deployment of patches and updates across all systems.Investigate and resolve any patch-related issues or vulnerabilities.Develop and maintain patching schedules and procedures.Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuous improvement of patch management processes.Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in patch management.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience working with BigFix patch management.Strong knowledge of patch management tools and best practices.Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
