Our client, an extremely prestigious Non-Profit, is looking for an Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist. This individual MUST have ADP Workforce experience.

Requirements

Education: Minimum of Associate's Degree (required)ADP Workforce experience (required)2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience2+ years of Payroll processing experience2+ years of Accounts Receivable experienceMust understand accounting principles, including deferred revenueExperience with month-end closing process

ResponsibilitiesSupport both the payroll and accounts payable functionsReceive, code, and enter data for all invoices and vouchers in the Finance DepartmentManually enter and apply the amount of VISA charges by month when producing checks for vouchers with credit card transactionsResearch and respond to inquiries from various entities to resolve discrepanciesProcess bi-weekly recurring garnishment entries from payroll and monthly recurring entries for rent and rebate paymentsAssist with year-end audit schedules and 1099 filingsMay assist Data Processing with entry of 1187's, particularly those requiring payment of incentive payments through accounts payableProcess daily and periodic payroll processing
