Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Salesforce Developer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions within a federal government environment, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions.

Responsibilities

Solution Development:

Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Service Cloud.Maintenance:

Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance and usability.Government Compliance:

Ensure all solutions comply with relevant federal government regulations and standards.Integration:

Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.Collaboration:

Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and Scrum teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Testing and Validation:

Conduct unit testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes.Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance Salesforce usage.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with specific experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and federal government projects.Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.Proven track record of developing solutions within a federal government environment.Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Experience with Public Sector Foundation.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $105,600 - $132,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
