We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Director to oversee our childcare center. The vision of our Bible-based center is to embrace all children as they grow in their faith and know the love of Jesus. The director will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, and implementing educational programs that offer a variety of activities that will help students develop spiritually, socially, emotionally, intellectually, and physically. Responsibilities:
Demonstrate personal faith through words, actions, and attitude with children, staff, and parents
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate childcare staff
Create and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote the spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development of children
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and maintain a safe environment for children
Manage the center's budget and financial operations
Maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, and other necessary documentation
Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in early childhood education
Requirements:
Experience working with children in an educational setting
Flexibility
Strong leadership and management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine love for children and families with Christ-centered approach
Initiative and ability to work independently
Familiarity with licensing regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education with Early Childhood Certification preferred or;
Associate degree in Early Childhood Development or;
60 semester hours of credit at an accredited college or university, 12 of which are in child development or education

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
